The Developer Analyst Collaborative Tools Specialist, works under the general supervision of the Manager, Business Information Systems. Is responsible for supporting and enhancing our suite of enterprise collaboration platforms. Is responsible for leading tool migration projects (SharePoint) and user training.

 

You will work closely with management and IT to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that streamline processes and improve collaboration.

 

As a Developer Analyst Collaborative Tools Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

 

·       Administer, design and implement SharePoint solutions, including permissions, site collections and workflows.

·       Manage SharePoint migration projects using ShareGate to meet business and operational requirements.

·       Build and support solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.

·       Integrate Power Platform tools with Sharepoint and other systems to streamline workflows and reporting.

·       Configure and maintain WorkflowGen processes and integrations.

·       Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into collaborative tool solutions.

·       Provide end-user documentation and training as well as second-level support to SharePoint users.

 

How to excel in this role:

 

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.

·       Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.

·       Minimum of three (3) years experience with SharePoint (administration, customization and migrations).

·       Proficiency with ShareGate for SharePoint migration projects.

·       Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

·       Hands-on development experience with Visual Studio, including REST API design and integration using .NET/C#.

·       Excellent communication skills, including user training and technical documentation.

·       Ability to analyze, design and optimize business processes using collaborative tools.

 

Assets :

·       Experience with Jira Service Management (configuration, workflows, automation).

·       Certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies.

·       Familiarity with Agile methodologies and/or ITIL frameworks.

·       Experience of corporate governance and security in Microsoft 365 environments.
