As a Contract Administrator, you will be involved in the elaboration and execution of service programs and ensures CMC’s service processes meet contractual and regulatory requirements and customer expectations in the most efficient way.
As contract administrator, your key responsibilities include:
- Management of customer interactions, ensuring adherence to CMC policies and procedures.
- Development of service proposals, including terms, compliance matrices, and bid approvals.
- Contribution to contract negotiations, procurement processes, and subcontracted item management.
- Performing market analysis and managing the maintenance of service pricing catalogs.
- Participation in sales forecasting, margin planning, and future demand analysis.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives for internal tools and processes.
- Ensuring effective management of Service Level Agreements with vendors, MROs (Maintenance, Repair and Operations), and parts distribution centers.
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor Degree in Administration or other relevant discipline, or other combination of DEC with relevant experience;
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in sales, contracts or service administration in aviation, reparation service business or similar complex industries;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French;
- Proficient with all MS Office, MRP Systems, and related business processes;
