As a Manufacturing Analyst your key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying Lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, Kanban, problem-solving, etc.) to improve production performance.
  • Participating in Kaizen workshops and initiating high-impact continuous improvement projects.
  • Designing efficient layout plans and coordinating their implementation on the floor.
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring activities related to the implementation of new processes or equipment.
  • Training teams on new processes and providing ongoing technical support.
  • Providing constant technical support to the production and manufacturing engineering teams.
  • Leading projects for the integration of new equipment, from selection to commissioning.
  • Analyzing production data to improve the quality and efficiency of assembly processes.
  • Designing custom tooling and overseeing its fabrication.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing existing processes.
  • Evaluating production performance and proposing concrete and innovative solutions.

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline or equivalent;
  • Possess at least 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement. 
  • Mastery of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or Kanban methodologies, with proven achievements in process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mobilize teams, and deliver measurable gains in operational performance.
  • Comfortable developing action plans and delivering training.
  • Proficiency with a design software (ideally SolidWorks).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English).
