The Clerk, Invoicing - Quality Assurance works under the minimum supervision of the Supervisor, Quality Assurance. Performs a variety of clerical work associated with quality control. Carries out the final visual verification of finished goods, verifies related documentation, and indicates acceptance for certification to shipping.
As a Clerk, Invoicing - Quality Assurance, your key responsibilities include:
• Liaising with other departments or stakeholders such as Government inspectors (Department of National Defense and Department of Transport), Contracts, Shipping, Inspection and Customers’ representatives, to provide or get information or reports.
• Filing all quality control documentation such as travellers, releasing notes, identification documents, etc.
• Maintaining quality control files using the CMC computer network.
Invoicing
• Visually inspecting a variety of finished goods. Making arrangements and ensuring that minor repairs such as identification plate assemblies and touch-ups are performed.
• Ensuring that all steps pertaining to inspection and test are completed.
• Clarifying and tracing irregularities in papework. Issuing inspection report for corrective action when required.
• Filling out the certificate de conformance with relevant information on each product, using work instructions.

• Diploma of Vocational Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual (oral and written).
To excel in this role, you must have:
• Knowledge of Transport Canada certification (CanTSO, TSO, CFC, FormOne)
