The Set-up Operator Surface Mounted Technology and Printed Circuit Boards Assembly Feeding Machines works with the normal assistance of Charge Hand and/or Assistant Charge Hand. He will be frequently and regularly required to set-up Surface Mounted Technology feeding machines and some related Printed Circuit Boards assembly tasks may also be assigned to different areas of the PCB Assembly department as well as component preparation and assembly prior to the wave.
As a Set-up Operator Surface Mounted Technology and Printed Circuit Boards Assembly Feeding Machines, your key responsibilities include:
SMT Machine Feeding
· Load component reels on feeding machines and have them married.
· Unload feeding machines and have them demarried.
· Perform table turnover and support changeover activities.
· Ensure that loading is completed before the start for production.
· Maintain a close follow-up of the used material from one work order to another and address problems.
· Manages moisture-sensitive components and their drying process
· Maintain work order consistency, follow the priority list.
· Advise the Manufacturing Engineering of any problem with the feeding machine list and the loading list.
· Schedule tables, shelves and equipment based on the Production List.
· Identify completed tasks and the ones to be completed.
· Minimize time wasted and contribute to the good operation of the area.
PCB Assembly
· No more than six (6) months to become proficient on the job.
· Performs any other related tasks assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in PCB and/or cable and/or electromechanical assembly.
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Ability to work standing as well as manipulating carts and average weight materials.
- Good judgment and autonomy.
- Continuous mental or visual attention.
