The General dishwasher and cleaner works under normal supervision of the Charge hand, Supervisor or Manager.  Coordinate daily dishwashing helps during peak hours.

As a General dishwasher and cleaner, your key responsibilities include:

·  Responsible for dishwashing machine operation and reports to supervisor any malfunction of machine;

·       Removes waste, cutlery and dishes from trays.  Sorts cutlery and dishes and places in special washing trays or in stacks;

·       Loads and unloads machine with washing trays and places serving trays and plates on belts;

·       Removes washed dishes from conveyor, places in mobile trucks, moves mobile trucks to using location an places dishes in using units;

·       Cleans floor in dishwashing area;

·       Prepares garbage and food residues for disposal;

·       Removes garbage;

·       Performs daily maintenance cleaning;

·       Performs any other related tasks as assigned.

·       High school diploma or equivalent;

·       Minimum of three (3) months of equivalent experience.
