As a Supervisor of production equipment maintenance, you will play a crucial role in maximizing operational efficiency by ensuring calibration, proper functioning, and safety of our manufacturing equipment for avionics products.
As Supervisor, Production Equipment Maintenance, your key responsibilities include:
- Ensure that equipment is functional, safe, and available in a timely manner for operations, while optimizing costs and managing teams and suppliers
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance operations
- Supervise equipment maintenance teams
- Manage the evolution of the equipment inventory according to its condition and operational needs
- Analyze equipment performance and make improvements to increase manufacturing productivity
- Establish a roadmap and renewal plan to ensure efficient organization
How to excel in this role:
- College diploma in maintenance, administration, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or automated production engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance and team supervision
- Experience in maintenance planning, TPM, and project management
- Knowledge of electronics, electricity, mechanics, and GMAO software (CMMS)
