Reporting to the Head of Americas Sales, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver avionics systems and equipment solutions to key industry stakeholders. As Bids and Proposal Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development, validation, and on-time delivery of complex proposals, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes.
- Interpret RFI/P/Q requirements, develop winning strategies, and ensure timely submission of high-quality responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze proposal inputs, including execution strategy, technical solutions, cost, and pricing.
- Develop proposal structures, manage document outlines, and oversee assigned proposal personnel.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for proposal writing and content generation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage proposal subcontractors, technical writers, and consultants as needed.
- Keep stakeholders informed on progress, highlighting risks and proposing solutions.
To join our team, you must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in international capture programs within the aerospace industry.
- Experience using AI-driven tools for proposal development and content generation.
- Ability to develop and assess bid business cases.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence teams.
Assests:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of U.S. Government procurement processes (DFARs, OTAs, CSOs) and international bid regulations.
