Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will work in a team to develop, support and optimize manufacturing processes in the Displays product area.
As a Manufacturing Engineering Analyst, your key responsibilities include:
- Perform the selection, purchase, validation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment as well as the user training.
- Design production equipment and tools
- Technical Support of production activities.
- Analyze results on manufacturing quality to improve assembly processes.
- Write the required technical documentation for production: visual aids, routing, manufacturing procedures.
- Intervene as an agent of change in the continuous improvement of assembly processes for different product lines by applying Lean Manufacturing and / or Six Sigma techniques.
- Analyze manufacturing capacity and propose solutions to identified problems.
To join our team, you must:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automated Production Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Bilingualism (French - English – spoken and written).
- Knowledge of design software tool (Solidworks).
- Knowledge of the machining and sheet metal folding technics.
- Must be an informed user of Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Work experience in an environment of lean, six sigma and/or kanban is an asset.
