As a Product Development Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing, and maintaining an active pipeline aligned with the business unit’s strategy and objectives.
- Monitoring industry trends and customer needs to anticipate market shifts and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Shaping product roadmaps and leading the creation of winning pricing strategies based on market insights to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, program, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
- Tracking business development activities, forecasting performance, and ensuring timely CRM updates for transparency and accountability.

How to excel in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in avionics software development or embedded aerospace software.
- Proven track record in managing and leading multi-million-dollar business opportunities.
