Your responsibilities will include :
- Program Leadership : manage the full program lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of large-scale, multi-site projects.
- Client Engagement : serve as the primary interface with customers, maintain strong relationships, manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Strategic supervision: develop and implement program strategies that align with business objectives, monitor industry trends and adapt to changing market needs.Collaboration: travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente, d'ingénierie, d'exploitation et de marketing pour assurer une exécution transparente du programme et un alignement technique.
- Financial management: manage program finances, including budget monitoring, forecasting and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Bids and Proposal : lead the creation of winning strategies for bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and competitive pricing
- Mentorat : encadrer et développer les chefs de programme juniors, en favorisant une culture de responsabilité, de collaboration et de haute performance.
- Industry representation: travel up to 20-30% to interact with customers, represent CMC Electronics at industry events and foster business relationships.
How to excel in this role :
· Member of the OIQ
· PMP accreditation is an asset
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in the development, production or support of avionics systems or complex integrated electronic systems
· At least 5 years of experience in the planning and execution of complex projects/programs
· Negotiation, communication and leadership skills
· Expertise in data-driven decision-making
· Bilingualism (French/English), oral and written.
