The Store and Incoming Inspection Supervisor will have the opportunity to manage and to coordinate the daily activities of the sectors under his responsibility (day and evening shifts), by using principles of continuous improvement.

As a Store Supervisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supervise a group of around 15 to 20 employees according to the collective agreements in force ;
• Manage priorities and resources to meet customer demand ;
• Meet the required inventory accuracy objectives ;
• Provide the required support to ensure the resolution of production issues ;
• Identify opportunities for improvement, question existing practices, and make applicable adjustments.

To join our team, you must:

• College technical diploma in Supply chain or in Commerce;
• 5 years of experience supervising production employees in a unionized environment;
• APICS Certification (asset).
