Under the supervision of the manager of quality systems, the quality system counselor contributes to the quality system management and supports the internal audits for office and production areas.

As a Quality System Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities include: 

• Mapping and reviewing processes using available tools as required by the quality management systems;
• Participating in improving the quality management system as required by changes to the regulations or international standards;
• Recommending process improvements across the organization;
• Insuring the best use of established quality tools or recommend alternatives;
• Participating in the internal audits programs; CAR561, AS9100, ISO14001, NADCAP, Export compliance, Health and Safety and customer requirements as needed;
• Supporting and following up on Internal Corrective actions;
• Participating in improvement projects;
• Helping to establish and maintain key quality control indicators;
• Maintaining all files and registrar required by the quality management system;
• Participating in external audits by customer’s or registrars.

 To join our team, you must have: 

• Bachelor degree in engineering, administration, operations management or equivalent;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in Quality Assurance;
